- 2 cups chicken mince [about 450 g ]
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1/4 head cabbage grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt skip for babies
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cooking tip: To use less oil start by frying the first batch of patties in the oil and from then on the pan gets seasoned well and doesn’t need more oil for the next batches.
