Benefits of cherries for children

Their deep red color is a source of rich polyphenols and anthocyanins, which have antioxidant properties.

Adding cherries to milk is also an easy way to bump up the fiber content in the meal.

How to make a tasty and easy cherry smoothie for toddlers

As we’ve seen, cherries have many health benefits, but adding pistachios when building a cherry smoothie gives the smoothie a deep, satiating flavor that is the perfect flavor pair.
