- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar / jaggery powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2-3 drops pure vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Spray oil on a non-stick pan and pour out spoonfuls of the almond flour pancake batter.
Cook until lightly golden. Takes about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve with berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
