Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar / jaggery powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2-3 drops pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Spray oil on a non-stick pan and pour out spoonfuls of the almond flour pancake batter.
  • Cook until lightly golden. Takes about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
